基本信息：CLT-007是一株具有典型的植物构造的未知植物，在DNA上是昙花（学名：Epiphyllum oxypetalum）的近亲物种。CLT-007的花朵生长在坚硬且扁平状的茎上，老茎为柱状，高约30厘米，叶片深绿色。与一般昙花不同的是，CLT-007的生长速度异常迅猛，在一周中便可开花多次，多在晚间20：00左右开放，其花期持续约四小时，之后花朵会迅速凋谢并脱落，留下新的花苞继续生长。

CLT-007的花瓣会不间隙散发出柔和的光芒。其光芒的颜色随时间而变，在一段时间内反复呈现出蓝色、绿色、黄色等多种色彩。花瓣的发光现象似乎是非自然发生的，与外部光线无关。

猫人族个体与CLT-007的互动时会引发一种视觉和情感上的幻觉。根据受试者报告，在接近CLT-007时，个体会感觉自己身处于一种梦幻的环境中，周围的景象呈现出扭曲和变化，似乎进入了一种梦境之中。

此外，部分受试个体还报告称，在接触CLT-007时，它会在幻觉中赐予受试个体一种无法言喻的信息。这种信息并非通过传统的文字、图像以及语言传递，而是以记忆的形式直接注入个体的大脑中。受此特性影响的个体之间会将这种信息称为「符文」。在个体对「符文」内容进行回忆行为时，会获得一种多重的正面感受，包括情感的平稳与内心的平静，同时激发强烈的求知欲满足。

受CLT-007影响的个体，可以通过绘画的形式将「符文」表达出来。但是，这些符文对于未受影响的正常猫来说，仅仅是普通的几何图案，没有任何异常特性。

通过对大量受试者提交的关于「符文」的图像进行比对。能初步确认，个体接收到的「符文」内容因人而异，至今为止尚未发现重复出现的「符文」图案。然而，几乎所有的受试者在测试时皆肯定「符文」图案只有一种。当受试者们得知，其他受试者可能接触到了不同的内容时，他们表现出了反常的占有欲望和焦虑情绪，且不同程度的表现出攻击性情绪。部分过激个体会试图动用暴力手段，强迫他人向自己传授新的「符文」信息。

附录A：所有有关于「符文」的研究记录与图画被统称为CLT-007-1，应储存在一个标准的安全收容柜内，只有经过“蹲-5”级人员批准，且无CLT-007-01接触史的研究人员才能接触。在研究CLT-007-1时，所有远程通讯与信息储存手段将被禁止，整个研究过程应在监控下进行。在对CLT-007-1的接触完成后，CLT-007-1必须立即放回收容柜并进行清点。所有对CLT-007-1的接触行为都应在结束后接受一次Ⅰ级记忆干涉。

管理须知：CLT-007应被收容在一个高度安全的生物收容设施内，收容间内不得存在任何能够传递信息或存储文字的设备。每天应定时为CLT-007浇水并保持适宜的温度和湿度。与CLT-007的互动仅限于经过严格筛选和训练的植物学家，在单人环境下进行。每次互动都应在监控下进行，所有互动记录和实验结果应提交分析和备案。被允许与CLT-007互动的研究人员名单应被经过Ⅲ级加密，任何尝试未经许可地破解加密文档的行为将受到严厉制裁。
